WP4: Scale-up implementation in Tanzania and Uganda
Meetings will be held with policy-makers, national programme managers, district management public health teams, patient and community representatives to plan the project together and take critical decisions around study sites, training, and integration of research with service delivery. The research group has solid links with each of these groups from our existing research on the integration of chronic care services.
This WP will be led by the implementing partners in sub-Saharan Africa.
