Work Packages

The first step of this work package is to enhance the relationship between the various stakeholders and seek their input (researchers, ministries of health, district public health management offices, programme managers and policy-makers, patient and community representatives). The second step is to design the intervention strategy (i.e. the scale-up package itself). The third step will be the research design for evaluation.

This work package will be led by NIMR, in close collaboration the ministries of health and non-governmental organization (NGO) partners in both countries.
